DOT Supervisor Training Course is a 2 hour course.  1 hour on drugs of abuse, and 1 hour on alcohol.  We also go over how to speak with your employees, proper documentation, and how to manage potential problem employees.  This course can be given on-line, or in person.  We recommend in-person courses as it gives the supervisors an opportunity to discuss situations, or talk about your companies program and policies, which can be difficult to do in an on-line format.  It also gives other supervisors a chance to hear and respond to their peers.
